7 days Pranayama and Atma parishodhana yoga retreat

Rishikesh Stay Yoga Teacher Training Center is offering This retreat is designed to enquire about self(the real existence) within us. Forgetting about once real self is the moola(initiation) for all the vyadhis(disease) may physical or mental. In this retreat we tries to reach the inner self by purification of mind by pranayama and different techniques of meditation. The schedule for retreat is.

  • 9:00-11:00am Breakfast and rest
  • 11:00-12:00pm Pranayama class
  • 3 12:00-1:00pm Pranava nadhanusandhana(omkara chantings in different senses)
  • 01:00-3:00pm Lunch and rest time
  • 03:00-4:00pm pranayama class
  • 04:00-6:00pm Rakta prasalana, Mano vikshana and Prajna vikshana (observation of blood circulation and observation of mind and observation of real self) meditation techniques.
  • 06:00-9:00pm Dinner and discussion time
  • 09:30pm Bed time
  • Meals including
  • Breakfast – Fruits and cow milk.
  • Lunch – Rice,dal and yogurt.
  • Dinner – Rice,dal,fruits,salad and yogurt.
  • All the meals are including yogic diet meals, which support your sadhana.

Place of Retreat All the activities takes place around jhilmil cave, near neelkanth, Rishikesh, India. This place is located in the pure nature of himalayas and surrounded by woods. Most of the activities takes place in nature and woods.

The strict rules to be followed in the course duration :

  • The participants who attend the retreat will held the self responsible for the bad happenings because of their misbehaviours.
  • If any participants misbehaves in the duration of retreat will be out of retreat without any repayment of fee they paid for thee retreat.
  • The retreat fee must fully pay prior to the starting of the retreat.
  • 7:30-8:00am Mano vikshana meditation technique(mind and thought observation methods)
  • Use of liquor, weed, charas or any narcotics are strictly prohibited in the course duration until you are in our retreat. If any did so will sent out of the retreat without any repayment.
  • Until the finish of our retreat the clients must stay in assigned accommodation. And without informing or permission of course organizer you should not move to other place.
  • 11:00-12:00pm Pranayama class
  • 3 12:00-1:00pm Pranava nadhanusandhana(omkara chantings in different senses)
  • 01:00-3:00pm Lunch and rest time
  • 03:00-4:00pm pranayama class
  • 04:00-6:00pm Rakta prasalana, Mano vikshana and Prajna vikshana (observation of blood circulation and observation of mind and observation of real self) meditation techniques.
  • All the diets provide here are yogic, vegetarian diets which is very supportive for the activities we do in retreat. No non vegetarian meals are allowed here.

7 days Traditional Ashtanga yoga and Detox Retreat

This retreat is designed to teach reality basics of Ashtanga yoga presented by Seer Patanjali muni through “Yoga Sutras” and detoxification of mind and body. Here detoxification in the two senses one is Mental detoxification and other Physical detoxification. Mind detoxification will be done by pranayamas, Different meditation techniques and physical detoxifications will be done by SHATKARMAS (Internal cleansing activities) and by supportive ayurvedic and fruitarian and pure vegetarian meals and drinks.
